I was born in Sweden, grew up in Canada and lived in Poland. I've danced, owned a Pilates studio and even had a short stint in real estate. I'm here to share my personal experiences, insights and ultimately give you permission to step outside of your boxes and discover your own unique style/voice.
I want women to stop worrying about what fashion accessory is in season or what’s trending in the fitness arena and instead realize that individual style is eternal and being healthy doesn’t have to be complicated.

Wow, congratulations on begin featured! Where exactly are you moving in Poland? I’ve heard great stories about cities such as Gdansk, Krakow and Warsaw. Plus you can travel to other great cities in Europe pretty cheap from there ;).
